09 The Grinch Stole The Show

Oh, whoville was glowing With lights in a row And I thought to myself What a marvelous show But why should they sparkle While I stand in snow So I grabbed my big sack And decided to go All the stocking The cookies, lights and presents Somebody tell a friend If it jingles or glitters It's mine in a flash The Grinch is on stage Now hand me that stash And they call me the villain Darling, I'm the star I waltzed through the houses I danced down the halls I spun on my heel Tore the reeds off the walls With a tip on my hat And a bow to the crowd I made my grand exit Dramatic and proud And all the stockings The candy canes and tin so If it's winkles or sparkles You know I won't pass The Grinch is on stage Now give me that stack But just as he twirled with a bag full of cheer, Mr. Grinch, why are you here? Because, darling, I love a good encore. He's stealing all the stunkies. Talk to us now today. The joy that cheer the laughter. Why don't you come and play? Christmas means music and love in a flash. I'll keep all your gifts. I'll settle for a bash. Thank you, Whoville. You've been a wonderful audience.
