04 Backroad Bloom

Up at five with boots on tight Tossing hay and stacking pride Face in the mirror saying you got this Makeup on but not for the pigs Broke some hearts and split some lips Work all week still don't quit She don't need gold or some hollywood script She got real roots and a full moon grip She's a back road bloom blooming in the mud and head in the clouds. Rough around the edges, fire in her soul. Rang was strong and heart full of gold. Ain't no dress just denim truth. Shining like whiskey underneath on roofs. KKJ don't even assume that girl was born. Chill out, drink the boys out, dance the lies Spin like vinyl under black top skies Dirty hands, clean mind But don't test her, she'll break your pride Stacked her pain like stacks of wood Burned it down like a queen should From barbacks to barstacks She's the one She don't fake, she bloom, she's a back road Bloom, blooming loud Truth in her tone that she never bowed Build from thunder, raised on flame Ain't no other that plays this game Smiling in smoke, wild and true, flat on flame
